الملخص

هدف البحث الحالي التعَرف إلى مستوى توفر مهارات الاستقصاء العلمي لدى طلبة الأقسام العلمية التربوية بكلية صبر للعلوم والتربية بجامعة لحج مقارنة بحد الكفاية (75%) لاكتساب هذه المهارات، وكذا دراسة أثر متغير (التخصص والجنس) والتفاعل بينهما في مستوى توفر مهارات الاستقصاء العلمي لدى طلبة الأقسام العلمية التربوية في كلية صبر للعلوم والتربية بجامعة لحج، وتكونت عينة البحث من (67) طالبًا وطالبة، وهم جميع طلبة المستوى الثالث في الأقسام العلمية (الرياضيات -الفيزياء- الكيمياء- الأحياء)، في كلية صبر للعلوم والتربية بجامعة لحج، ولهذا الغرض أعد الباحثان اختبارًا مكونًا من (32) فقرة لقياس مستوى مهارات الاستقصاء العلمي في (11) مهارة رئيسة، وهي: الملاحظة، الاستنتاج، القياس، التصنيف، الاتصال، التنبؤ، تفسير البيانات، ضبط المتغيرات، التجريب وفرض الفروض، التعريف الإجرائي. وأظهرت نتائج البحث ضعفًا عامًا في مستوى توفر مهارات الاستقصاء العلمي لدى طلبة الأقسام العلمية، إذ بلغ متوسط توفر مهارات الاستقصاء العلمي لدى عينة البحث 36.3 وهي نتيجة ضعيفة، وأن هذه النتيجة أقل بكثير من نسبة (75%) كحد كفاية لتوفر مهارات الاستقصاء العلمي، وأظهرت نتائج البحث عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيًا بين درجات توفر مهارات الاستقصاء العلمي بين طلبة كلية صبر للعلوم والتربية عينة البحث تعزى لمتغيري التخصص والجنس،  وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدم وجود أثر للتفاعل بين متغيري التخصص والجنس في مستوى توفر مهارات الاستقصاء العلمي بين طلبة الأقسام العلمية بكلية صبر للعلوم والتربية.

The aim of the current research is to identify the level of scientific inquiry skills among students of the scientific educational departments at Sabr Faculty of Sciences and Education, University of Lahej, compared to the proficiency level (75%) for acquiring these skills. The study also aimed to identify the effect of the variables (specialization and gender) and the interaction between them on the level of scientific inquiry skills among students. The research sample consisted of (67) male and female students, who are all third-level students in the scientific departments (Mathematics - Physics - Chemistry - Biology). For this purpose, the researchers prepared a test consisting of (32) items to measure the level of scientific inquiry skills in (11) main skills: Observation, inference, measurement, classification, communication, prediction, data interpretation, controlling variables, experimenting and formulating hypotheses, and operational definition. The research results showed a general weakness in the level of scientific inquiry skills among students of these scientific departments, as the average availability of scientific inquiry skills among the research sample reached 36.3, which is a weak result, and this result is much lower than the (75%) as a proficiency level for the availability of scientific inquiry skills. The research results also showed no statistically significant differences between the scores of scientific inquiry skills among students due to the variables of specialization and gender. The study concluded that there is no effect of the interaction between the specialization and gender variables on the level of scientific inquiry skills among students of the scientific departments at Sabr Faculty of Sciences and Education
