الملخص

هدفت الدراسة إلى تحليل رسائل الماجستير المجازة من قسم التربية بكلية التربية صبر جامعة لحج في المدة الزمنية (2013- 2022م)، اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، وتكونت العينة من (86) رسالة ماجستير تمثل كل الرسائل التي أُجيزت من قسم التربية موزعة بين تخصص إدارة وإشراف تربوي ب (48) رسالة و(38) رسالة في المناهج وطرائق التدريس، واستخدم الباحثان استمارة لجمع المعلومات أداة للدراسة، وبعد جمع المعلومات وتحليلها إحصائيًا أظهرت النتائج أن أغلب الرسائل التي في تخصص الإدارة والإشراف التربوي استعرضت الإدارة التربوية عمومًا بنسبة (25.0%) ، ويليها مجال الجودة الشاملة بنسبة (10.4%)، وفي تخصص المناهج وطرائق التدريس جاء استهدافها لمجال استخدام إستراتيجيات التدريس في المرتبة الأولى بنسبة (60.6%)، يليه مجال تقنيات التعليم في المرتبة الثانية بنسبة (23.7)، أما المنهج المستخدم فقد استخدمت رسائل الإدارة المنهج الوصفي بنسبة 100% واستخدمت رسائل المناهج التصميم شبه التجريبي بنسبة (73.7%)، ولم تجرِ أي دراسة تاريخية، وقد أظهرت النتائج أن معظم رسائل الإدارة استخدمت الاستبانة بنسبة (97.9%) ورسائل المناهج استخدمت الاختبار بنسبة (42.1%)، أما الأساليب الإحصائية فقد بينت النتائج أن نسبة الرسائل التي استخدمت الاختبار التائي تساوي (97%) وكانت نسبة من استخدمت تحليل التباين (62.69%)، وقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة التوازن والتنوع في منهجيات البحث وأدواته المختلفة. ووضع خريطة بحثية على وفق إستراتيجية علمية وأهداف محددة تتضمن الأولويات البحثية التي تنبع من احتياجات الجامعة وربطها باحتياجات المجتمع وتطلعاته وبما ينهض بالبحث العلمي.

The study aimed to analyze the master's theses approved by the Department of Education, Faculty of Education, Saber, Lahej University, during the period (2013-2022). The study adopted the descriptive approach, and the sample consisted of (86) master's theses representing all the theses approved by the Department of Education, distributed between the specialization of educational administration and supervision, with (48) theses and (38) theses in curricula and teaching methods. The researchers used a form to collect information as a tool for the study. After collecting and statistically analyzing the data, the results showed that most of the theses specializing in educational administration and supervision dealt with educational administration in general at a rate of (25.0%), followed by the field of comprehensive quality at a rate of (10.4%). In the specialization of curricula and teaching methods, their targeting of the field of using teaching strategies came in first place at a rate of (60.6%), followed by the field of educational technologies in second place at a rate of (23.7%). As for the method used, the management theses used the descriptive approach at a rate of 100%, and the curriculum theses used the quasi-experimental design at a rate of (73.7%), and no historical study was conducted. The results also showed that most of the management theses s used the questionnaire at a rate of (97.9%), and the curriculum theses used the test at a rate of (42.1%). As for the statistical methods, the results showed that the percentage of theses that used the t- test was (97%) and the percentage of those which used variance analysis was (62.69%). The study recommended the necessity of balance and diversity in research methodologies and its various tools, and developing a research map according to a scientific strategy and specific objectives that include research priorities that stem from the university’s needs and linking them to the needs and aspirations of society in a way that develops scientific research.
